Attendance Policy
To be successful you need to be on time for work every day! You are expected to complete the entire shift and finish each assignment you accept. Anytime you are not able to make it to work you are to notify You Got It Staffing immediately at 210-264-5291 if no one answers please leave a detailed message and a call back number. Policy violations will be documented and may negatively impact your record. Please keep in mind you are on a probationary period while working with South Texas Staffing Services.
Infractions - if you arrive late or leave work early, we will consider the time missed as an infraction that is subject to discipline.
Planned absences - if you know in advance you will miss work; you should speak directly to your You Got It Staffing Recruiter as soon as possible. In some cases youy will need to notify the supervisor at the assignment.
Unplanned absenses - if you know in advance that you will miss work; you must notify You Got Staffing as soon as possible. Do not miss work without calling in to You Got Staffing! Unplanned absenses are subject to disciplinary actions or termination.
No Call, No Show - if you fail to report to work and fail to contact You Got It Staffing we will consider you a voluntary quit unil you call your You Got It Staffing Recruiter Consultant to explain your circumstance(s). A no call/no show may result in termination if you do not contact You Got It Staffing office within 24 hrs.
